Figure out your precise requirements. Do you just need a new website? Are you planning on revamping the company logo? What about the signage on the building?
Talk to your employees and see what they think of your ideas and listen to their suggestions. After all, they know the business almost as well as you do. At this point, you’ll also want to determine whether you have a capable in-house designer, or if you’d rather hire an outside company.
